I, Krinan Jeskar, Newly appointed Supreme Necron Commander, Have hereby declared that the corporation is to revert into a new empire, this empire, will be the Union of United Necron Republics. All former kingdoms currently occupied shall hereby become sovergn republics part of the great Union that is Necron. Each new Republic shall have a court of appeals, A republic congress, and, a seat at the grand council; this council being made up of a represenative of each sovergn republic, and Supreme Commander. All armies formed by the United Necron Republics shall be spread evenly throughout the union. The seat of power in this Union shall be the Supreme Commander, who will be elected by the grand council, council members will be elected by the supreme congress, and Congress members shall be elected by the people. each congress will consist of a member from each town, villiage, city, etc. in the respective Republic.

Universal Necron Laws are as follows, these laws will be dominant throughout the entire union, sublaws are to be decided by the congress of each republic, which shall write up its own respective constitution.

Punishible by death:
Murder
Revolutionary Activity
Treason
Rape

Punishible by a pre-determined time in the republics court of appeals
Fighting
Child Abuse
Theft

All Juicers who are still dependant on the enhancing chemicals are to be processed for re-habilitation and Detox.
